Terrible dealings with this branch. After stressing a number of times the second room in the property HAD to be a double I was taken to properties in which you would struggle to get a single bed in and open the door! On meeting the estate agent at the first block of flats she failed to turn up with the correct keys (vital when showing potential clients properties) There were several flats available in this block so she went tearing round the building looking in cupboards and other flats for keys. Very embarrassing on her part. After seeing two of the flats I told her not to even bother showing me anymore as I wouldn't be able to fit any furniture in them.
The following day I met her to see two more properties. First one she had the keys for, but the property wasn't what I was looking for.
We went to see a further two flats in the same building and believe it or not she had the wrong keys again!!!! Total embarrassment and extremely unprofessional. If I had failed to turn up with the correct keys previously I would triple check they were the right ones before I took anyone for viewings.
Whilst she was basically trying to break in with a clearly wrong key I worked out that again the second room wasn't a double and not to even bother opening the door. She continued to try and get in until I had repeated myself three times over. We couldn't get into the second one either. However she managed to get into the flat next door which wasn't for sale but was the same layout as the on I was supposed to view.
It was lovely....just what I was looking for. We arranged to meet the following night with the correct keys for the correct flat. I received a call that day telling me that they were really sorry and that the property had actually already been sold. COMPLETE TIME WASTERS!!!! The entire branch is a total unorganised mess. Considering they are a chain I have no idea how they manage to expand with such basic cock ups!
