Me and my wife were looking for property for over a year and could not find anything we wanted so we registered with douglas and allen. The team was amazing. We got booked to see a few properties in the location we wanted. Our main contact was sarah jeeves. She was amazing. She kept in touch throughout and not only did she find us what we wanted but it was a bargain. So I personally would like to thank her for her valued time

Dear Dave,
We put forward all offers to sellers but do have to take into consideration buyers positions and ultimately it is our seller thats makes a decision on which offer to accept not us.
You must also take into consideration other items effecting final sale values such as mortgages, surveys and chains.
I dont see how small independant agents will make a difference to this process with the majority of our customers being extremely satisfied with the comunication and service levels ...
