As a first time Customer, it was a delight to deal with such pleasant friendly staff, they made me feel at ease, they were organised and the procedure very straight forward. If I am to find a single fault: It would have to be with the amount of tenancy paperwork ! Perhaps it should be condensed into a size where the normal person could take that amount of information in, in one sitting. Apart from the paper work, it was a good experiance. Hamid & Abi well done and many thanks for all your help Annie x
