After countless phonecalls and emails trying to chase up start dates for my new tennants as 1 month was not long enough for the incompetant staff at haart to obtain references they then phone me up for the house keys. The ones they had lost!!! For over a month. Then asked me if I would go to the property and look for them (I live 60 miles away). When I questioned the safety of my property considering the keys could be anywhere I was told I was over reacting as my address was not on the keys! They could have fallen out of agents pocket outside the house with the big TO LET sign outside. Then asked me if I wanted to pay for the locks to be changed. Cannot print my response.
