I recently purchased through Denny & Salmond and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I will have no reservations in using them again in the future.
Due to the fact I work overseas, an estate agent that I could trust was essential, and the team certainly didn't let me down. Initially, I was fitted in for a viewing based on my availability, which was conducted in a very welcoming manner. They were even happy to tell me about the area in general and give guidance due to my limited knowledge.
Negotiations were handled extremely professionally, taking into account both the seller's and my own needs. Throughout the legal processes, Denny & Salmond stayed in touch and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They also acted as the perfect link between the legal teams, myself and the seller, passing on information and chasing documents up as necessary.
On the whole a friendly and very knowledgeable team who go above and beyond in all areas. A special thanks to Helen for whom nothing was too much trouble!!

Denny and Salmond have to be by far the best estate agents in Malvern (and surrounding area.) They are totally reliable, trustworthy, with a deep knowledge of Malvern. Best of all they have excellent communication skills - they keep you up-to-date with all aspects of a sale.

I have received a fabulous service from Denny & Salmond both as letting agents for my house over 5 years, and more recently as estate agents for selling my own house and our mother’s house after she passed away. The realistic - and achieved - asking prices for both houses meant that they sold quickly, the sales being managed most professionally by Helen and Luise and their excellent team, Dawn, Victoria and Tina. I was kept informed of progress of the sales at all stages and any issues were addressed quickly and efficiently as they arose. I really can’t recommend them highly enough both as a former landlord and vendor. Many thanks to all at Denny & Salmond for such a reliable, professional service!

Recently sold my shared ownership property with Denny & Salmond and had a great experience. They have a depth and wealth of experience in the property industry which really shows. Helen and the team were professional, efficient and always upbeat and positive. Dawn especially worked tirelessly in getting the sale through the bumps along the way chasing countless other parties involved.
I hadn't planned on going with this Estate Agent but I'm so glad I did!

Denny and Salmond were professional, helpful, and friendly throughout our purchase without being in the least bit pushy as some agents can be. They know the area, the housing market and actually listen to you. Estate Agents obviously work for the seller, but as a buyer I felt totally supported by my main negotiator and every member of staff I spoke with. They all went out of their way to help. There were various issues with the property and this caused a long delay not just by the sellers but us as buyers also. Helen Denny worked behind the scenes arranging quotes for works while I was out of the country. Estate agents can get a bad press but I felt they were open, flexible, and actively helped both sides when we hit a bit of a stalemate and gave sound advice, acting as an excellent intermediary between us and the other party. This is a small team of professional people who know their business and just get on with it. Without doubt I highly recommend them and will use the company again when the time comes to employ a letting agent and for other purchases
