I recently purchased through Denny & Salmond and they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I will have no reservations in using them again in the future. Due to the fact I work overseas, an estate agent that I could trust was essential, and the team certainly didn't let me down. Initially, I was fitted in for a viewing based on my availability, which was conducted in a very welcoming manner. They were even happy to tell me about the area in general and give guidance due to my limited knowledge. Negotiations were handled extremely professionally, taking into account both the seller's and my own needs. Throughout the legal processes, Denny & Salmond stayed in touch and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They also acted as the perfect link between the legal teams, myself and the seller, passing on information and chasing documents up as necessary. On the whole a friendly and very knowledgeable team who go above and beyond in all areas. A special thanks to Helen for whom nothing was too much trouble!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
