We bought our first home through hannells in 2021 and had an excellent agent (Amanda) who fought our corner when our solicitors let us down and helped us push things on. So we decided to sell through them too this time round and honestly can't fault the service so far. From marketing to organising viewings, helping us negotiate offers and communicating with prospective buyers and our vendors estate agent,they've been friendly and efficient throughout, keeping us updated at all times. We've mostly dealt with Lorna but also had help from others e.g Keilia, Aimee and Michelle to name a few. We really like that records are kept and the team communicate well so we dont need to re-explain things if we end up getting someone else on the phone. A lovely team, really hard working!
