From the minute Paul came to value the house, I knew we'd be looked after. His local knowledge of Queens Park and the history of the estate was excellent. Once we'd signed up with Beresfords, they took great care to find us the right buyer while we were 70 miles away.

Jessica, Shirley and Megan were great through the whole process, helping our first time buyers as well and working with our solicitor to get the sale through without us having to be up in Essex all the time. I recommend them for caring agents with brilliant local knowledge of Billericay!
