I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Allen & Harris Frome, and I feel compelled to share my experience to caution others.
Firstly, the communication was abysmal. I was not informed that the buyer had pulled out of the purchase, which caused unnecessary delays and complications. This crucial information was withheld, and it was only through my persistent inquiries that I found out about the buyer's withdrawal. Allen and Harris simply stopped responding to any and all communication.
Additionally, the photos taken of my property were of very poor quality with water marks and blown out colours. Professionalism was sorely lacking in this regard, and it felt as though minimal effort was put into presenting my property well.
Moreover, the manager was unhelpful and displayed a lack of professionalism throughout the process. Any attempts to address my concerns were met with indifference and a dismissive attitude. It was evident that customer service and satisfaction were not priorities.
Overall, my experience with Allen & Harris Frome was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional real estate agent.

Disgraceful behaviour. Currently living in a house which i am renting off my friend, was told initially that we would be called a couple of days in advance to a viewing. Happend twice. The rest have been impromtu, booked without permission, and even during the covid-19 pandemic when i could possibly be self-isolating they are holding viewings without any permission or prior knowledge on our part.
