massive undervaluation of our property - which sold for 46k more
Would not recommend. Marcus Dobson came to give us a valuation of our property and told us that the best we could hope for was £540k - we'd had a number of estate agents out at this time and they had shown us similar properties that were going for £575k and above. Consistently, they told us that the price should be at least £575k (there was actually a similar property, in not as good an area on at this price). Marcus told us that, this property hadn't sold and that he could put it on for any price, but that in his opinion we'd be looking at the £540k mark. We sold our house, shortly after (a matter of a week or so) for £585k. 100% would not recommend - £46k reasons why!

One of the more expensive letting agents in the city and does little to justify that pricing. Were slow to arrange repairs especially to issues that were reported at the beginning of a 1 year tenancy. Some of these remain outstanding after a the whole year. ...

One of the highest around, they even charge £24 for a reference upon changing agents!!
