I scheduled a viewing with Winkworth for a property in Reading, making sure to arrive on time despite coming from another county and arranging childcare. However, upon arrival, the agent informed us that the property was extremely filthy, with rubbish everywhere, and deemed it too disgusting to be viewed. This lack of prior inspection was incredibly frustrating, especially after making such efforts to attend. It feels unfair to waste both time and money due to this oversight. Very dissatisfied with the service.

I had reported my issues to them over 2 months, everytime they replied me no worry and will come back as soon as possible. But they never come back and the issues have not been fixed till now. ...
