We started contacting them for letting Edmound house in Chizwick. We viewed the property twice and filled out the forms and suddenly realized that they have changed the move in day from 15th March 2024 to 10 April which caused us troubles but we ignored and and put an offer which was accepted , then transferred the deposite to them and waited for them to check references. That was shocking that despite our deposite, thay did not remove the advertise of the property from the ads. During the reference cheking , Oliver Haley offered me to pay the six months rent in advance to sign the contract immediately and we accepted because we were worried about our kid’s school . We moved out from our place and waited for them when they informed us just a week before 9th April that the landlord needs one year payment in advance! Just imagine such nightmare they created for us and I can’t describe how much troubles they made for us by their irresponsible way of customer care.
More than 24 emails between us and them shows how they waste our time for two months which I lost many other opportunities.

Bernard Marcus Mitcham branch manager is the most stupidest, MORON you could ever meet.
