I used Emsleys to sell my 4-bed house. Jared showed great knowledge of the area and comparable properties, and due to the great position and condition, recommended a valuation £35k higher than other agents. Photos were excellent and the property was listed on a Thursday evening. Three viewings were booked that weekend and I accepted an offer on the Monday! Carol is a superb negociator and quickly secured the asking price from one of the bidders. From that point forward she was outstanding in ensuring that the sale progressed, chasing up all parties and dealing with issues along the way. A truly exceptional service throughout and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
