Unscrupulous Neglect: A Tenant's Warning
My experience with Barnard Marcus has left me utterly disillusioned with their lack of regard for basic human decency.
My wife and I rented a 2 bedroom second floor flat in Chiswick in 2022 through them.
Upon moving into the property, it became immediately evident that we were not alone. No, we weren't blessed with friendly housemates or charming neighbors. Instead, we found ourselves living alongside a thriving community of mice, courtesy of the existing disrepair conveniently neglected by the landlord.
Despite not directly managing the property, they shamelessly disregarded the existing mice infestation and continued to show the unit to unsuspecting prospective tenants.
Living in a property plagued by mice infestation due to pre-existing disrepair was bad enough, but the agency's actions—or lack thereof—truly demonstrated their moral bankruptcy. Even after being informed of the issue, they callously proceeded with property viewings without so much as a second thought for the well-being of those they were inviting into a potential nightmare.
It is clear that Barnard Marcus prioritizes profit over people, willingly subjecting both current and future tenants to unacceptable living conditions just to fill vacancies and line their pockets. Such disregard for basic ethics is unforgivable and serves as a stark warning to anyone considering doing business with them.
In light of their reprehensible behavior, I urge all prospective tenants to steer clear of Barnard Marcus. Trustworthy property management is hard to come by, and Barnard Marcus has proven themselves unworthy of even the slightest modicum of trust.

Bernard Marcus Mitcham branch manager is the most stupidest, MORON you could ever meet.
