I had a huge responsibility to sell a large and complex property 60 miles from where I live when I became an executor on behalf of family. Hoppers have been fantastic throughout and in particular Leeselle immediately set my mind at rest with her local knowledge and calm, experienced approach. Everything I was told would happen was right and did, from values to viewings, all of which were managed by Hoppers for me. I was always kept up to date, never had to chase and was helped even more with great recommendations for other services I needed such as removals. Having moved house myself many times, this was the house sale I was most nervous about but Hoppers have made it the easiest I have known. I would highly recommended Leeselle and the team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We purchased our house through JR Hopper & Co earlier this year... Safe to say nothing was straight forward about this move but the team at Hoppers, particularly Pam, were so helpful and really excellent throughout and really went above and beyond to ensure the purchase went through, even when all the odds were against us. Their communication is great and they were flexible around our initial viewing (we moved from the midlands and they were incredibly accommodating) as well as organising a builder to visit with us and allowing us to come in and measure up before the move.

We changed to Hoppers after 2 sales fell through whilst we were being marketed by Purple Bricks. Brian was extremely professional and his expertise was obvious from the start. Nothing was too much trouble and Pam our local contact was always there at the end of the phone whenever we needed her. The sale was long and protracted (covid complications) and we were grateful for the regular reassurance and work that Pam undertook on our behalf. From finding tradesmen for quotes to nudging along the solicitors and other sales agents in the chain, we felt that Pam did a first class job. We would highly recommend Hoppers to anyone thinking of buying or selling.
