First of all they asked me on several occasions whilst doing viewings if the garden was mine when I have clearly stated it was - potentially jeopardising any sale. Once we finally got a sale agreed, I asked them not to conduct a second viewing on a particular day as the place was not in a good state to be viewed, they did the viewing anyway - luckily the buyer still bought the place. I was in a complete Barnard Marcus chain, they should be realistic on completion dates - they agreed the end of October, this meant I did not take a new mortgage product and kicked out a tenant early losing out on several thousands of pounds. Completion then took place in December, not only that, the completion was set for the 15th December which was missed and then took place the following Monday 18th December. I went back to the property on the 17th and the buyer had got the key safe code from Barnard Marcus (only possible way of the buyer getting access) without my consent and moved his stuff in illegally and completely breaching their contract on multiple occasions. Their sales negotiator Gigi is a lovely lady - should be promoted to manager. Louise is just an argumentative liar who has no idea how customer service works.

Bernard Marcus Mitcham branch manager is the most stupidest, MORON you could ever meet.
