We used the Clive Watkin Prenton site services for the sale of our property in Birkenhead. Clive Watkin staff seemed polite and helpful at the beginning. However, when it came to negotiating with the buyer after the initial offer was accepted, Clive Watkin staff soon lost patience and politeness with us. There was a lack of negotiation skills with the buyer and a lack of customer service skills on display with us. We made them noticed our feeling that they were approaching this part of the selling not impartially, and there was a phone communication with us that was very unpolite, at this stage, we decided to only contact them by email. We also experienced a delay on replying to our email and queries.
Overall, the staff in this company seemed good, friendly, supportive and helpful during the easy times, like onboarding, but skills were lacking when it's really needed. We would not use Clive Watkin again, especially as after the completion date we emailed our feedback to to the staff, which is totally ignored until today (2cweeks now from the selling) and we got no response back. It seemed once they got their payment, they do not have the politeness to address our feedback on the service provided, which further the support the review we are leaving today

I ranted for yrs always never did repairs hole in ceiling mold damp rats so I stopped paying rant still nothing called in health and safety they evicted me Molly is a lier as is her big mouth assistant They harrsed me calling ambulances and police telling them I was going to harm myself I was going to sue but unfortunately the cost they broke the law customer service is terrible they just didn't care need to emphasize they should never get away with there behaviour Molly is evil lazy B I don't n ...

Clive Watkin seem to charge the highest fees of any estate agent that I am aware of. Being as lazy as they are, this makes perfect sense as they cannot possibly do much business.
