Had a viewing arranged in Birmingham in jewellery quarter. Had to travel all the way from swansea only to find that the apartment was already taken and tenants have moved in.
Not only that but I was not met by anyone from the agency for the viewing as scheduled was just waiting for a good ten minutes until I called someone from reception. On top of this. I did not get any response from the agents side when I communicated my dissatisfaction. Terrible experience and would definitely not be using this agency or recommending to anyone.

What agent could do to change your mind?
No steal my money, give me compensation for bank charges and time sorting it out. They could just be nice instead of constantly quoting from the tenancy agreement. This is from a tenant who carried out their own maintenance, painting & put up with rather substandard equipment but continued to pay 'market rate' for the property - I think it's really bad to treat people who could have been there for years the same as new tenants.
