Absolutely disgusting company, rude and inappropriate staff. In particular a keyboard warrior called Caroline. Complaints raised and clearly not bothered as Rob Colwill shows a clear bias and is not interested at all in customers also very rude. A thorough investigation takes more than a couple of days. Have took my complaint for independent review and have contacted the property ombudsman. Stay clear of this so called lettings agent
They lose emails sent to you, and they vanish magically from the audit trail. Luckily I have keep my own trail and have the evidence and photos of the state of the property when we moved in! We had to pay to throw out furniture because they were too lazy to get cleaners in before we moved in.

Special thanks to Gail,
Working behind the scenes in the office, Ben who picked up dog food and took final readings.
Definitely highly recommend this company and I have sold 15 houses. Never been so impressed .

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
