The whole team were so professional but I have to give a special mention to Serenah Oliver who was so calm, professional and incredibly kind that the whole process, even in the face of some really knotty problems, was completed on time ready for us to move to our dream home in Somerset. We thoroughly recommend using them!

Agency fees seemed steep. Appreciate that the process was slick, but on top of all the other costs you encounter when moving, estate agent fees seem high (particularly the inventory check fee).
