It was easy to get the house listed. I sometimes felt that the communication could be improved slightly, staff updating each other and an answerphone would be better than being redirected to another office. Gill managed to get us a slightly higher price than we had first agreed and then helped with the hold up on our purchase property by contacting our sellers solicitor.

Our experience from valuation to completion was superb. All members of the team were professional and very helpful throughout. We had not sold a property before so needed lots of advice and support; this was always provided promptly and sensitively (the house was being sold following a bereavement). We worked with all members of the Littleborough team from Sam who visited to value the house and Suzanne, Beth and Gill who organised viewings and helped us through each stage of the process. Their communication was excellent throughout. We would recommend Andrew Kelly's without reservation.

I couldn't be happier with the service Andrew Kelly & Associates provided. The sale of my house was seamless from start to finish. With Sam Lord starting the journey off with his valuation of the property, his professional and customer focused approach was fantastic highlighting honest feedback on what the company could achieve for both vendor and buyer. His openess to being available on the phone if I was not getting the necessary service from his staff was also very reassuring. I did ring him once after the valuation and this was only to praise his company and the fantastic staff he has working at AK. Suzanne dealt with my sale and I cannot fault the communication, knowledge and general help that she provided. Although I'd like to highlight Gill and Beth for their work supporting the sale, Suzanne was stand out in delivering what Sam had promised on his valuation. A huge credit to the company keeping me informed every step of the way, chasing where necessary all other parties involved. As and when I look to buy/sell a property in the future, AK's will be my first point of call!!

Extremely impressed with the service Andrew Kelly's offered. Having met 3 of their agents throughout the process of selling my property, all were knowledgeable, approachable and so helpful in steering the process as this was my first time selling. I was lucky enough to accept an offer in just 3 weeks, and the agents, specifically Suzanne, worked to drive this through to our target completion date. I was informed of any change or update, and am now extremely grateful for what was a smoother process than I ever thought. A huge thank you to the whole team, would 100% recommend.
