Drove 500 miles to view a property booked for a week - unbeknown to me it went under offer and the viewing was cancelled but i was not informed - the lovely Joanne of the Edinburgh office "forgot" to ,inform me! Not very professional and i am out of pocket hundreds of pounds! Never, ever again!

I don't know what the property code of conduct in Scotland is but rettie accepted our bid for a property on the closing date and it was months later I discovered that they had also accepted a bid from another party.
