I’m not sure where to start - Kerry has been outing the start. This is the second time we have sold and bought through Boyd Legal and Kerry being our point of contact. We recently sold our late mum’s house through Boyd Legal. Initially there were several teething issues and we thought that everything was processed confirmation and other legalities. However despite being told this it hadn’t been done. However things did improve and we had a good relationship with Kerry, Gail and Elaine. Boyd Legal sold my property and supported me to purchase my next property. Buying and selling a home is daunting but with the guidance of Kerry and Elaine we found it a relatively stress free experience. There was always someone to help us understand the process and the paperwork - this ensured everything went seamlessly.

Thankfully, I was introduced to Kerry. In less than 24 hours from the collapse of the previous sale, Kerry had my flat registered, marketed and had completely communicated the plan to me. We had block viewing times agreed, along with an agreement on how these would run. After the first block booking, we received 2 offers of which 1 was accepted, all under 2 weeks since I first spoke with Kerry.

We had a great experience with Boyd Legal both in selling our property and buying our first house. Kerry was amazing helping us to stage the flat for the sale brochure and gave us lots of helpful tips.
Through the whole selling and buying process communication was informative and always timely, we never waited for a reply to any question and the whole team were so lovely to deal with.
Elaine helped us with all our legal documents and she was wonderful throughout.
All in all, a super experience and if we ever buy/sell again, we will go directly to Boyd.
