Communication poor to start and shocking at the end, many emails and calls unanswered. Called for different phones to see if that made a difference, it didnt, and left messages that were never returned. Commitment to maintenance prior to moving in never completed. The timescales in the contract regarding the deposit not adhered to and the cost of £350 for a clean including a fast turn around fee! However clean you leave a property they will charge this so best advice would be just remove all your belongings and hand back the keys, they will clean it anyway. Finally as a tennant you fall through the cracks of the agent, Countrywise and the Landlord. The landlord as defined by the agents and countrywise as 'tricky' and needed careful handling was even quoted as getting upset when we contested a fast turnaround fee.

Being the ‘said' tenant above, I can assure you we approached AB regarding our very well behaved family cat, who spent most of his time outdoors, prior to accepting the tenancy. We were left hanging and could get no answers.
