Boiler breakdown insurance with preferred management via my energy supplier Utility Warehouse, after paying £60 call out fee, this is our 5th day without heating or hot water, apparently a part has been ordered but need to wait a further 2 days for it, offered to give me £40 to buy a heater, my bank details were provided 2days ago, still not received the payment or any updates, phoned them again today only to be told that I must purchase the heater first then send them the receipt, asked to speak to a manager, told none available, logged a formal complaint. This company has no compassion or integrity, I will be returning to my previous insurers Scottish Hydro, you definitely get what you pay for, this has been an extremely frustrating experience, do not use this company!

Awful. Bad time keeping, bad communication. 7 days no hot water. Changed a part that wasn't the problem, caused loss of heating as well, unit was over heating and making a racket, 3rd engineer said they hadn't set the valves properly and charged my insurance for fixing there mistake!! ... I wouldn't trust Preferred Management Solutions to manage their own bowel movements. They were appointed contractors on behalf of my insurance Admiral to fix my boiler.
