I imagine that the person who has taken the time to bad mouth Daryl Druce is the source of the problem. Daryl is old school and with that comes charm mixed with a sprinkling of tell it as it is , with a dusting of not suffering fools, which is I guess where you come in.
Out of touch I feel sure you are mistaking for a lifetime of experience in a dog eat dog business.
Daryl is happy to share his knowledge with incisive wit and balance.
As a year has gone by I do hope you have got over your personal crisis and regret your cowardly post.

Darryl Druce is rude, arrogant and should have retired years ago. He is out of touch with the market and more importantly how to treat people with respect. He initially comes across as pleasant, however, gets very angry when challenged and is especially rude towards women. He then tries to mask his rudeness by excessive talking about irrelevant info behind a false smile. I was shocked with the lack of customer care. Avoid using Druce.

10/10 for Paul&Darryl, I sold my house through Druce and bought my new home with them. Would highly recommend, very helpful from start to finish. I was kept well informed the whole way through.

I recently had the misfortune to deal with Darryl Druce, I would recommend that you avoid Darryl Druce at Druce and Partners in St Albans. He is a considerably rude, defensive and cagey character. I was planning on putting in an offer on a house they were selling but Darryls attitude to people has put me off dealing with Druce & Partners again.

Druce were unreliable, rude, arrogant and very nearly resulted in me pulling out of the transaction due to their approach. I have subsequently become aware of others in the area who like me would not purchase a property through them again regardless of its appea. This begs the question why, in such a well served market, anyone would want to use them to sell their property. Firms like Druce perpetuate the negative stereotype of estate agents.

Darryl Druce is rude, arrogant and should have retired years ago. He is out of touch with the market and more importantly how to treat people with respect. Disgruntled serious buyer said about Druce & Partners

I am a serious buyer, who, whilst waiting to sell my own property, have started looking at potential terraced house in Central St.Albans. I contacted Druce on a Saturday to view 3 x properties listed in their name on Zoopla, they fobbed with me off with ' we are too busy and will call you back' which they did not do. When I called on Monday they said all 3 properties were sold. And they do not show properties unless you are ready to buy right now. Very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Don't deal with these people, who have no idea of customer service. Obviously out for the money and to hell with the service, when it comes to buyers! I wonder what their vendor customers think if them?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
