In 2022, I put my house on market. Having spoken with a number of agents, the decision to sell the property through Ian Watts was a simple one; Ian was by some distance the most informed, personable and engaged agent I met and, whilst his valuation was not the highest, it was clearly the most reasonable and honest, factors that mattered a lot to me.
Ian's market knowledge was hugely impressive, and he managed to secure an above guide price overseas cash-buyer within a very short space of time, negotiating and liaising between parties with transparency and decency throughout.
As a consequence of family matters, and through no fault of Ian's, I made the decision to take my house off the market before the sale went though. As I had come to expect by this time, Ian handled this shift in circumstances with grace, professionalism and understanding. When the time comes to sell my property, it goes without saying that Ian will be my agent of choice.
