What a journey it's been for me. I started my search 3 years ago and now on the morning of completion, I am excited to be finally completing the process.
I am a first time buyer and nothing I read or researched prepared me for the actual home buying process.
I came across a property being advertised by Haart Witham and arranged to view it. Chloe was amazing from the start and listened to my preferences. She was able to match me to two other properties and arranged all three viewings to be held consecutively on the same day.
Her level of care, especially to my mum (her mobility is a little slow) was so much appreciated. As we arrived at the third property, I knew it was the one.
The offer acceptance process was long but eventually the seller and I agreed on a price with much help from Dan. Dan also put me in touch with the branch mortgage broker - great decision.
From this point, Charlotte introduced herself as my moving manager and was readily available to answer my calls, emails and relay any fears or jitters I had with the whole process. She really was pivotal to the completing of this process for me and always listened.
My final viewing before exchange, was conducted by Ryan - he gave me great advice and was refreshingly honest and open.
I was very anxious throughout this whole process but I must say that the Haart Witham team were very much at the heart of this completion. I am so grateful to them. Thank you all for your patience and getting me on the property ladder. It may be too early to say, but I feel this is my forever home.
