I have used Bramleys Heckmondwike since 2015 to manage my rental property, and then more recently to sell that property. Both sides of the business have been absolutely superb throughout this time. I have dealt with a few different team members over the years and they have all been knowledgeable, professional and just incredibly nice to deal with. It's like dealing with a lovely family office! On the rental side, they consistently sourced high-quality tenants for me and dealt with any maintenance issues quickly…which was hugely important given that I mostly had families with young children in the property. The sale also went as smoothly as a property sale can possibly go, and I was kept well informed throughout the process, which is a rarity nowadays! So, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bramleys if you are thinking about renting out or selling a property!
