Sadly my experience of 20+ years of custom at the many retailers here such as #Boots, #Wilko, #B&Q, #Lidl, #Asda, #Addidas and #Next has been tarnished by the arrangement that WorkmanFM has with Smart Parking Ltd who oversee their parking. I was 'fined' £45 for being 14 minutes over the 3 hour period. They haven't arranged any customer friendly leeway for this (the obvious thing to put in place) and I doubt #SmartParking has discussed my follow up with their client (the retail park), to enable this. It leaves a sour taste and it's a shame I must now warn others about how customers can be treated here. The park's management company, #WorkmanFM was investigating my query but didn't communicate its conclusion after initial concern, and despite polite follow-up emails. It's also quite well known within the local community that it's not a safe place to park bikes. Many have gone missing even whern secured to the bike stands provided and with security staff and cameras on-site. Not impressed. #Workman Facilties Management Ltd

Failed multiple RICS mandatory requirements in regards to managing the service charge in our property. Failed to issue budgets, apportionment matrixes and service charge statements for three consecutive years. Property unsafe as a result of Workman's failure to act on health and safety issues. No heating for half the winter as they failed to fix a boiler identified as broken in May! Overcharged us and charged us outside of the terms of our lease. Late issued budgets absolutely attrocious and unfit for purpose. Still waiting for service charge statements overdue by almost three years. Harassed us for six months for money we didn't owe. Charging 30k plus for electricity to common areas (foyer and toilets). Absolutely shocking for 3+ years. A complete joke of a company. If you're a tenant and this company is managing your property, BEWARE!!

Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Workman have no organisation or administrative skills, that I have seen over the past few years. They are extremely arrogant and heavy-handed, with no regard for tenants and no interest in maintaining positive business relationships. I'd advise to run a mile from any landlord that has anything to do with Workman. I would give 0 Stars if I could!

Security is dreadful. The garage door had been broken over a month before my bike was stolen. It was reported several times by the receptionist and no action was taken. The garage has another entrance to the building, so anybody could easily break into the building using, no security whatsoever. They took no responsibility.
You can also enter the building/offices through the garage, obviously very relaxed about security.
