I would go out of my way to buy (wherever possible) and sell through Richard James in the future! We were buying a property with another estate agent but were linked with Richard James through the chain we were in. Mark Stacey reached out (he had our details anyway as we had provided them while looking for a new property) as he wanted to help things move as smoothly as possible for everyone in the chain. He went out of his way to call me on numerous occasions and allowed us access to his progression team. Hayley and Laura were so easy to talk to and replied promptly to emails and phone calls. They kept us up to date every few days. Mark was friendly, wonderfully straight talking, energetic and proactive. He listened so well to our concerns throughout the process and I honestly could not recommend this team (Highworth Branch) more! Thank you so much to all of them for communicating so effectively and helping us through the process. We truly appreciate all the time you spent helping us.
