Hannells Oakwood
I sold a one-bed terraced house through Hannels Oakwood.From the start, Hannells Oakwood was excellent and exerted a lot of professionalism. During the initial appointment, we were impressed with Keilia's knowledge of the local market. There was no sales speech and the meeting was considerably shorter than those we had had with other estate agents, but it was richer in content. When she came to take pictures of the house we were selling, she once more displayed professionalism, she seemed to know what she was doing but also listened to suggestions we had.
From there, I was in touch with Amanda in the office. Amanda was excellent at providing me updates regularly (usually weekly). She was always extremely polite, professional, and friendly. I found the process of selling/buying a house extremely stressful which resulted in me becoming a needy customer, yet I was never left to feel that I was imposing. On the contrary, Amanda was always very understanding, helpful, and trustworthy.
Overall, excellent communication skills, knowledge of the market, and efficiency in their work, whilst also being friendly and human is my experience of Hannels Oakwood.
NOTE: I had six visits and three offers within two days of the advertisement.
