The best estate agents out there. Always the first to reach out to tenants and check in on them rather than wait for tenants to report issues to them. It just shows they actually care and want to keep the property in top condition! If every estate agent was like this then there would be a much better relationship with tenants and landlords. I have received emails and messages this week checking in on how I am and if I need any help in the winter months. It’s just nice to feel as though your estate agents actually care about you - it makes me more likely to stay long term. 100% would recommend Eproperty agents.
