What is going on with the Thirteen group. I reported my roof on 1st March 2022 after the stormy weather regarding ridge tiles and roof tiles dislodged, explaning that my roof is three stories high and the people who live in my flats are oap's and any tiles or debris coming down would probaly kill them if they where hit. So on 26th of May ( as per health and safety scaffold tag ) the scaffold was errected. After a month of being erected l had teenagers climbing on the scaffolding so contacted the police and the Thirteen Group who informed me that the work would be carried out on 26th July!!!!!!!!!!! which was 2 and a half months wait time from when reported. In the mean time reported brick missing to kitchen window and rain ingressing onto kitchen wall, told them it was 3 story high a workman turned up went on scaffold then informed his boss there was no job considering scaffold at front of flats and kitchen window on gable end to rear of property so why he said no job beats me. then on August 1st got my friend ( who used to be a superviser with a housing association) phoned 13 and explaind everything and even said " he would be contacting the housing regulators if work to roof was not resolved, 13 got it wrong again and sent bricklayer not roofer it was a blessing in disguise as Alan the brickie listened to my friend and started contacting various departments 1/2hr later he informed us roof would be done Friday 7th of August and scaffold for kitchen window was ordered which to us was a 5 star thing he had done. The 5 star award is for Allan the Bricklyer if not the rest of 13 management down to call centre team would of been 1 star.
