Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that you feel disappointed with the service that you received from us.

Your offer was put forward to the landlord on the day you initially called the office and we had no further offers on it at this time. As explained, the landlord wanted you to view the property before making a decision as he has had potential tenants previously that have changed their mind throughout the process, and we’ve lost out on other interest.

We booked you in to view at the earliest opportunity and advised the landlord of the viewings, but we were asked by the landlord to process any with other viewings that were requested. We did one other viewing 15 minutes before you, which also resulted in an offer.

Both offers were of the same amount and for the same tenancy term. Dogs are permitted at the property (as you highlighted, the current tenant has one), however the landlord had to make a decision one way or another and unfortunately, he decided to proceed with the other party. We have an obligation to follow the landlord’s instructions.
