Very unprofessional agency!! Take a long time to respond to request from the tenant and take a very long time to give back the remaining rental deposit. Do not rental any properties with this agency, especially the agent, Alice waddington, very unresponsive!

Requested the agent to hire a end of tenancy cleaning service at a certain date before I leave the property so I can inspect the cleaning service. Did not carry out the task until after I left the property. Recommended a cleaning company that did not do a proper job, (SP home solution), which resulted in rental deposit being subtracted additional amount. Rental agency did not bother to do anything about it.
