Never respond to emails, constantly chasing to get anything done.

Regularly do inspections, say no-problems, then steal your deposit!

Incredibly poor and unprofessional. After acknowledging that there was a problem with our boiler, they arranged a plumber to come and fix it. However, they said that they were unable to meet the plumber without me incurring a call-out charge. Having had to take a day off work to meet the plumber, it emerges that they hadn't booked him at all and there was a 'miscommunication'. One week without hot water and paying £550pm - unacceptable and totally unprofessional! ...
