Easily the best experience of an estate agent that we have ever had and most likely ever will have.
From the day we met Marc from Henry Wiltshire he went over and above to make sure we fully understood the selling process. Everything was incredibly well organised when it came to listing our flat, and the Marc looked after every viewing and offer perfectly.
Once an offer was accepted Marc began to help us find our next home, again going far beyond what he needed to do. His advice was priceless, as was his book of contacts within the Manchester property market.
Once we found ourselves in a chain and the process began moving along, Marc ensured we were kept updated every week with the whole chain of 5, not just our sale which he was responsible for. He also helped us understand issues which our solicitor brought up on both our sale and purchase, making the entire process of buying and selling much easier than it wouldn’t have been otherwise.
I truly think that without Marc, we would not have hit our deadline to complete and would not be in our home now. I would not hesitate to recommend Henry Wiltshire, specifically Marc Cox to anyone selling a property in Manchester.

We had some issues with the state of the property so Marc came round and took some photos and created a solution straight away.

During the inspection, I raised my concern about whether the roof corner of the flat is structurally stable enough to carry the weight of one big old fashioned sky dish and three different old fashioned tv antennas. I asked what would happen if one of those dishes/antennas would fall due to the wind speed or different weather conditions and kill someone (at least two of those dishes have their wires cut and they are not in use). Marc's response was: 'This is not your problem!'. I was taken aback by how lightly health and safety is considered and his general attitude! He mentioned twice that if I don't feel safe in the flat I could move out as if he was trying to make me feel unwelcome in the flat I am renting for the last month.

Marc stated that he has 15 years of experience and he used to manage a maintenance company, therefore he is qualified to carry out inspections. However, this experience was not reflected in his conduct during his inspection visit as I felt that he was more interested in starting an argument rather than have a discussion with me and take my concerns seriously.

Honestly, Marc is the best. I spoke to a few other agents before appointing Marc Cox and I would never hesitate to use him in a heart beat if I had to do it all over again.
He helped me rent out my property while I was very stressed with organising everything for my move abroad.
He was upfront and he knows his facts and numbers. He worked very hard and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care off and helped every step of the way from the initial valuation, sending a great photographer over for photos and a virtual tour of my property to finding several potential tenants and let me choose.
Marc was there for me every step of the way and I thank him so much for all his help and support!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a professional service to our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.
If you have a complaint, please put it in writing in the first instance, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below. If you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter.
What will happen next?
We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of your complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure.
We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you.
A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff.
We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter.
If you remain dissatisfied, you can then contact The Property Ombudsman to request an independent review:

Please note the following:
You will need to submit your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months of receiving our final viewpoint letter, including any evidence to support your case. The Property Ombudsman requires that all complaints are addressed through this in-house complaints procedure, before being submitted for an independent review.
