Subjected to discrimination and no assistance was given with a particularly xenophobic landlord that's refused to fix issues with the property, after the tenancy ended I received a vile email exclaiming they would be claiming my deposit based on preexisting issues.

MD properties are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with .after 18 months living in Fawlty towers ( castle view place ) I was still waiting for repairs to be done . The communal areas are dirty and outside just as bad but after moving out I had to wait 6 weeks for my deposit back and they charged me £145 for cleaning but I left the place in a better state than when I moved in .the are lots of rental agents in Stafford so stay away from MD properties..... Only one thing good about the place is Vicky who is wasted working for such a poor company . Photos of the when I moved in and when I left the flat . But apparently it needs cleaning . £145 for ? .... Stay clear . Email basically blackmailing me in to pay the 145 or god knows how much they would charge . I gave in just to be done with them
