What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have returned my calls, as a legal team they should have the answers to legal questions
not say I will have to come back to you which they never did. I would like to have dealt with one person but the turnover of staff seems to make this impossible ,as a managing agent your company do not manage

What agent could do to change your mind?
The maintenance team never phone you back or tell you to ring back tomorrow when you have water pouring through your ceiling. The whole company has communication issues, they dont speak to each other let alone to you. It would be good if they could stick to their word and give me my deposit back.

However I would like to clarify a couple of points if I may. The property in Hawthorn Avenue that you offered on was an extremely popular property and was viewed by a large number of applicants, we received multiple competitive offers for the property and unfortunately your offer was not at an acceptable amount to my clients and an offer from an alternative party was accepted on this occasion. haart do not steer our clients to accept offers from preferred parties, we just give them the information required to enable them to make a decision that is best for their personal circumstances.
I appreciate it is always incredibly disappointing if you are not successful when offering on a new property, even if it is not to be your own home. I wish you all the best with your property search and hope you find your next purchase to add to your already impressive portfolio soon.
