We have just completed sale of our property of Woodberry Apartments and we are very satisfied with the service provided by Ms Williams Rosie of JLL. Rosie has been cheerful, helpful, patient and carried out her work in a professional way. She communicated well with us and all parties concerned. In spite of the various problems arising from the exchange of legal documents between the solicitors concerned etc., Rosie tried her best to sort out these problems efficiently and effectively. Absolute rubbish- JLL fees are not lower - check out Maritime Properties- much lower. JLL do surprise charges all the time- they then failed to call me when a tenant moved out so I lost several months rent - DO NOT USE JLL- I have moved agents and am much happier. ...

Did you dispute the deposit deductions with your deposit scheme? How did it turn out? I am going through the same troubles with them now trying to get my deposit back. They are trying to deduct thousands for fraudulent and nonexistent claims. ...
