Berefords were very proactive with this listing as soon as it went on the market, we had a number of sellers scheduled for viewings immediately. Bailee in particular engaged continuously with us about the status of our sale and continued this by ensuring that the exchange got over the line as soon as possible by chasing solicitors and the buyers to ensure all information required was available.
