Having used two other agents previously, it is my opinion that Janice Lyle Estates are the best letting agent in West and South Cumbria. The owner and staff have a very ethical approach. Tenant and Landlord fees are the most reasonable in the area by a LONG way.
I am the landlord of the property that Lydia and her other half tried to rent. We held the property free of charge for them for nearly two months despite several other poeple wanting it subsequently. On move in day, they just flounced off. They tried it on to get a 2 bed flat for the 1 bed price. Janice Lyle Estates did not let them get away with it. The other tenant who moved in on the same day had no such issues as they arrived prepared to pay the rent as advertised. I am glad that Janice Lyle Estates did not let Lydia away with it. If that is how Lydia and her other half behave at the start of a tenancy, imagine the nightmare they would have been as tenants!
