Literally every aspect of our experience with them as been an absolute disaster. Giving us short-notice for keys even though we told them we were out of the area because their representative wanted to ignore us all morning and then go to lunch. Being given incorrect details for our energy supplier and then being told by another that our meter wasn't even on the government database. Broken dishwasher, broken shower upon move in. And telling us that they need to send in a surveyor less than a week after move-in to asses the value for selling the property.

I'm a commercial and property photographer, and work with similar agencies all the time. I've never seen a level of incompetence like this. Take my advice and AVOID this group like the plague.

So sorry to hear about your experience. I was considering to let one of their rooms. I did see a previous comment on Facebook about them, but it was from a few years back, so I thought maybe they would have cleaned up their act...
