The team in Basingstoke is beyond appalling. Rude, always rushing when I call for any help, as a tenant I moved into the house and had no electric, water and heat in the middle of the winter. Had no tv aerial for a year, they won’t even bother with Maitenance work, you have to call daily to follow up . When paying the rent, they just took all the money from my bank account instead of the normal amount they were suppose to take and I have not even received an apology for leaving my bank account dry out (Complete daylight robbery) . They won’t even help me getting the rest of my money returned and they say I will have to take it up with my bank . I am absolutely in shock of the inhumane way this team is dealing with me. I will be taking this to citizen advice
