DO NOT USE , I don’t know where to start I used this company years ago to sell and they were terrible then not returning phone calls not showing up or running really late for viewings ,but this time we were buying a house through them ..... firstly they sold a house from under us for a higher offer after our offer had been excepted to a family friend !! , then we found another house we loved and it was through them again ... but we wanted it so had no choice it was just as bad never returning calls the rudeness of the guy “nick “ was unbelievable so patronising all I can say is I have run my bussiness for over 30 years and haven’t had feed back like this and I would be truly upset if I had . If they read this take note people are spending a lot of money with you and deserve your respect !

Thank you for the review Lisa. Naturally we are disappointed to read it, as the truth seems to be getting in the way of a good story.
Just to set the record straight, making an offer at the point of viewing when there are another 14 viewings booked in, does not constitute an ‘agreed sale.’
We had a duty of care to our seller to get the best price and we did that through a full marketing campaign.
A few weeks later you tried to do the same thing on another property we had just listed, demanding it was taken off the market without you, or anyone else having set foot inside.
Additionally, we were then able to secure you a sale on another house at a very fair price. The member of staff you reference is not office based and therefore getting an immediate call back was not always possible.
But he did call you on every occasion and refutes your accusations. Quite simply, this review is without any foundation.

we are in the prosses of buying a house through stephensons and they are very close to making us drop out at a very late stage. really rude and talk to you as if your an idiot that will beleve anything. they are so rude and offensive that they have almost left my girl friend in tears after phone calls which is not like her at all. all they want is there comision as quick as possible. i personally hope they go under, dont use them ...
