I have only dealt with Kate in the end part of my move from a rented property that was becoming a difficult situation as soon as Kate stepped in she took all of the stress away she was extremely helpful, polite and a pleasure to deal with and turned what was becoming a stressful situation in to a positive ending. Kate was very approachable and contactable I never had to wait for a response she dealt with my questions quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Kate if you deal with Beresfords. I am very pleased I could leave my dealings with Beresfords on a good a note and that was through Kate's helpful and caring attitude towards myself as a tenant and I am very grateful for her help.
