I had read a few reviews of Mosley Jarman on google and they were so good I asked Nick to come round and look at our property as well as two of the local "big agents". As soon as Nick left my husband and I both said "we don't need to see anyone else do we?" We did meet two others and still felt that Nick offered the right personalised service that we were looking for. We have sold a few houses over time and I have to say Nick did everything that he said he would and more. He really does go the extra mile. Communication is faultless - so important and often lacking in the sale process. Nick helped communication between the lawyers which meant that everyone was on the ball and knew when it was their turn to do something. They did extra things like sourcing a plumber, arranging access and even payment. If you are thinking of selling then yes do interview 3 local agents as it is always good to get views on price especially in this market. If you want an experienced, calm, practical and very likeable team then choose Mosley Jarman. They are outstanding.
