On behalf of my whole family, I'd like to thank Lynn Thomas of Helen Breeze Property Management in Sevenoaks from the bottom of our hearts for introducing us to our amazing home in Wrotham for the past year and a half!! We'd recently arrived in the UK and Lynn was our guardian angel! Rentals were so scarce, and we'd been staying with family and were desperate to find a place of our own. Lynn was such a breath of fresh air, compared to the other agents we'd encountered. She immediately suggested some properties and offered to drive me to them, as I didn't have transport of my own. And she even followed up, when I cancelled a viewing - thank goodness she did, because she absolutely saved us! All I can say is the home she found us, and the amazing Wrotham town and community that came with it, was absolutely perfect for our family. The school up the road had place for both my daughters which was another serendipitous stroke of luck. If it wasn't for Lynn, I shudder to think where we would have landed up. That's why I can't recommend Lynn highly enough!! She is genuinely caring, professional, approachable and just an all-round amazing person. She took all the angst, worry and trauma out of moving and made it the easiest, least stressful transition I can imagine. Her calm, positive and cheerful nature gives one immense peace of mind, and she's also highly organised and professional when it comes to the logistics, admin and paperwork etc. Lynn, you were truly our guardian angel/ fairy godmother in the UK and we were immensely blessed to have our paths cross. We are incredibly sad that our journey in the UK has come to an end. But we have no hesitation in recommending Lynn as a TOP NOTCH property agent. Our most sincere thanks, the De Villiers Family.

I'd like to take the time to convey my utter disappointment with the way Helen Breeze and specifically Lynn dealt with me.
I rented initially through Helen breeze and was staying in a privately managed property for four years. My landlord decided to sell. I received a letter in the post saying they offer to help me.
I called them and in over two months Lynn sent me one property, I had followed up saying I was not a fan of this property and to send me others, when on-site the agent did mention other properties available.
Lynn claimed always to be busy, never returned my calls or followed up on my requests to see these other properties. I can't understand the reasons for this, but professional ghosting when someone didn't take the first property on offer (which strangely had a lower price than she offered on right move) is completely unprofessional. I treated her courteously throughout our exchanges but luckily I found a place through other agents.
Big thumbs down for the way Lynn handled my move. She had two months to send me another property

We have been very pleased to use the services of Helen Breeze for two different letting periods for our house.
Most recently Mark Evans, who took over the management of the property during the difficult time of covid, has been most helpful in ensuring issues with the house have been resolved and that the house is ready for our return. We have really appreciated his professionalism and experience.

Mark Evans and the team have been such a breath of fresh air, we've rented in Sevenoaks for 10 years and have had a few bad experiences with some landlords who just didn't want to take responsibility. Since being with Helen Breeze we have had a complete change. Problems are dealt with really quickly and everyone is super helpful.

We had a wonderful experience with Helen Breeze. The letting agent, Lynn Thomas, was professional, courteous, and prompt. We then had the absolute pleasure of having Mark Evans as our property manager. He was on top of everything, resolved all issues to their fullest, and provided top notch advice. Seriously, he is the best. We eventually bought the property we were renting and again, Helen Breeze went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition.

Helen breeze property management has been managing tenents that target, harass and bully sick and disabled single females for the last 5 years. Helen breeze does nothing but support them and instigate further retaliation. Even when they know I may have cancer they still support and encourage their tenents harassment and targeting. 2 years ago they said the land lord had approved measures to stop it all but it still continues to this day. When you appeal to women when you are interfered with from getting pain relief by their tenents and have been told you may have cancer and you get targeted more that tells you about Helen breezes character. Unless you are paying them rent they do not care. Because of Helen breezes tenents my life has been ruined. Absolute disgrace and a far cry from how they present themselves, they are not a respectable, professional or compassionate company, I doubt they do checks on tenents references, they definitely do not check their tenents in any way.

We had a leaking roof which during heavy rain would pour through the kitchen ceiling lights, a broken gutter which caused serious damp inside, bubbling mould on the lounge walls etc, a freezer seal broken, broken freezer box in the fridge....all reported several times, none of them fixed. Every time they visited, they checked the wardrobe as they knew it was damp but nothing was done to rectify that problem.

Then the audacity to retain part of our deposit after weeks of wrangling. What a dreadful experience. So happy not to rent through Helen Breeze any more. Do yourself a favour and big avoid as when things go wrong they are not on your side!

We have been trying to find a new home for over a year. HB and Lynn were the first agent who actually made us feel like they cared about us as prospective tenants too and that they genuinely wanted to find a good fit for all parties involved. Great experience and nice people. We rented for just over 2 years. They also have lovely people working for them. Gardeners, plumbers etc.., all very polite and pleasant. Great experience and nice people. We rented for just over 2 years.
