Have to agree with previous.
No replies from Brigg or scunthorpe, just rude and really ignorant to not reply.
Glad to have found this our before getting a property rather than during....
Will look elsewhere with people who are interested in delivering customer satisfaction.

Hi Angela. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry that you feel this way. I did try contact you to discuss that we had accepted a rental application on this property at the time of your enquiry. Unfortunately, the demand for rental property is extremely high and we cannot spend all our time chasing unsuccessful enquiries if they miss our initial courtesy call. I understand you are busy and can't chase people but you can reply to emails or leave voicemail out of courtesy, I emailed twice after the initial enquiry, but there again if you had just left a voicemail stating this I wouldn't of had to leave bad feedback!
I work nights and I'm busy too, when I enquired I was on my 3rd night shift and had 3 more to do, when I get up your office is closed! ...
