We have been extremely impressed with the outstanding service we have received from the whole team at Mosley Jarman. We really liked Nick from the outset, so much so that we didn't bother to consult any other agents. Our house sale has been handled most professionally and we have found Nick and the team to be very honest and transparent. When our original sale fell through the team wasted no time in getting our property back on the market and a new sale secured within a week. Amy and Nick have been in regular contact throughout the whole process offering excellent support, advice and help well above and beyond what I have previously experienced with other agents. They have been extremely proactive in moving the sale along, contacting us as soon as there were any updates and we always received a weekly update from them even when there was little to report. Our calls to the office were always responded to quickly and Nick would even return our calls out of office hours if we hadn't managed to speak to him during the day.
In the past I have always felt the estate agent I used had done very little to earn their commission but Nick and the team have earned every penny this time and we would thoroughly recommend them. Many thanks to Nick, Amy, Lauren and Elle.
